Dr. Changgui Lithe Deputy Director of Institute for the Control of Biological Products, National Institutes for Food and Drug Control, China. He is also a member of Expert Commission of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. He got his Ph.D. degree from Forth Military Medical University in 2007. His research interest focuses on the quality control of vaccines and advanced techniques for evaluation of vaccines. During the development of 2009 pandemic influenza vaccine, he established the alternative method for HA measurement prior to the arrival of WHO reference standard, leading to the earliest approval of vaccines globally. His research works also boosted the development of Sabin virus based Inactivated Polio Vaccines and Covid-19 vaccines as well.

He published more than 60 SCI papers as first or corresponding author and won National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology. He was honored as national exemplary individuals by State Council in 2015.
